Deleting/Removing Exercises
You only can remove exercises from the list that you have previously downloaded or created. Pre-existing exercises cannot be deleted.
To remove an exercise from the list:
- Swipe left
- Click on "Delete".
Downloaded Exercises
Deleting this type of exercise will only remove the exercise from the list, but it will not delete all the associated data. If you download the exercise again, you will retrieve the saved data.
Custom Exercises
When deleting a custom-created exercise, all associated data will be lost. Even if it is created again with the same name, it will be considered a new exercise internally, and the deleted data will be inaccessible.
