Types of Exercises in Vitruve
In Vitruve we have 3 types of exercises:
- Default: These are exercises that we have introduced by default in the app since they are the most used. All of them also have a default load-velocity profile. This exercises are:
- Benchpress
- Clean
- Deadlift
- Front Squat
- High Bar Squat
- Hip Thrust
- Lowbar Back Squat
- Military Press
- Pull Ups
- Push Press
- Row
- Snatch
- Sumo Deadlift
- All -> generic movement
- Downloaded from templates: These exercises have also been configured by us: name, muscles, photo, etc. You can download them so that they appear in your exercise list and you can train with them.
- Created or custom: We recommend utilizing the templates or default exercises whenever possible. If the exercise you need isn't available in the templates, then create it. Avoid duplicating exercises that already exist in the templates.
