Edit, Delete, or Remove Athletes from an Organization

Different options are available depending on whether they are registered or unregistered athletes.

Deleting Athlete Data

This option is only available for unregistered athletes.

  1. Go to the "Management" Area. Click on the icon on the right of the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Then click on the ”Athletes” tab.
  3. Click on the athlete you want to delete.

All data and training sessions of this athlete will be permanently deleted.

Remove athletes from an organization

This action is only possible for registered athletes.

As a coach within the organization, you cannot delete all data of a registered athlete. You can only remove the athlete from the organization. To delete all data, you must log in to the Vitruve Athlete app and delete the account from there. (see section Delete account Vitruve Athlete)

Moving athletes from one organization to another

An athlete can be in three different organizations at the same time, and it has an easy procedure:

1. Remove the athlete from the organization (as shown above).

2. Add the athlete to the new organization with the ID number.
