Invite Athletes to an Organization

These athletes are registered users with their own accounts. They can train independently by logging into the Vitruve Athlete app.

Invite Unregistered Athletes and Convert Them to Registered Athletes

You can register an unregistered athlete. This applies when you have an unregistered athlete in the application and you want to convert them to a registered athlete. This allows them to train independently or enables you to transfer them to another organization.

This method does not apply if the athlete already has an account in the Vitruve Athlete app. In that case, you must import them using their ID code (see section below).

Go to the Management area. Click on the icon on the right of the bottom navigation bar.
Go to Athletes and select an athlete by clicking on their profile.
Enter an email. This email will be used to create the athlete's account.
Click “Invite Athlete”.
Then, you will receive an email at the address you entered with some steps to follow:
1. Verify the account.
2. Download the Vitruve Athlete app.
3. Log in with the password provided.
4. Change the password.

Invite Existing Athletes to an Organization With an ID Code

In this case, we are not creating new athletes. Instead, we are bringing an athlete into our organization who already had an account in Vitruve Athlete. This allows us to access their existing data and enables them to train both within the organization (in Vitruve Teams) and independently (in Vitruve Athlete).

To invite an existing athlete to our organization, follow these steps:

Open the Vitruve Athlete App and log in to the desired athlete account.
Click on the My Profile icon on the right side of the bottom navigation bar.
Click on the 'ID' icon and copy it.
Open the Vitruve Teams app, go to Management → Athletes → ‘+’ → Using a Code. Then, paste the code.
