Registered Athletes vs Unregistered Athletes

Creating and Inviting New Athletes to Vitruve Teams.

Differences between a registered athlete and an unregistered athlete:

  • Registered athletes: These athletes can log in to the Vitruve Athlete App with their email and password to train independently. Additionally, they can join an organization by either using an ID (see 'Using a Code' section) or by receiving an invitation to the email address listed in their details (see “Inviting athletes with email” section).
    • The accounts of these athletes cannot be deleted from Vitruve Teams. They can only be removed from the organization, but they can still access their data by logging into their Vitruve Athlete account (check how to delete or remove athletes).
    • These athletes can belong to up to 3 different organizations simultaneously. You can move an athlete from one organization to another by removing them from the previous organization and adding them to the new one (check how to move one athlete to another organization).
  • Unregistered athletes: These athletes exist exclusively within the organization they were created in. They cannot log in or be transferred to any other organization.
    • You can delete all the data associated with these athletes.
    • You cannot transfer these athletes to another organization. If you wish to do so, you must invite them (check how to invite unregistered athletes).
