Learn how to manage your exercise library in Vitruve. From finding and favoriting common movements to customizing your own. Whether you’re on mobile or desktop, the process is simple and efficient.
📂 Accessing the Exercise List
💻 On Laptop:
- Go to the Management section (left sidebar).
- Click on “Exercises.”
📱 On Mobile:
- Tap the three-dot icon (bottom right).
- Select “Exercises.”
Once you're in, the steps are the same on both devices.
🔎 Finding an Exercise
- Open the Exercises section.
- Use the search bar to find an exercise by name (e.g., High Bar Squat).
- Tap the ⭐ star icon to add it to your Favorites for quick access in training sessions.
➕ Creating a Custom Exercise
- Click the “+” button.
- Fill in the necessary details for your new exercise.
- Click Save.
- Your new exercise will appear in the Custom Exercises section.
💡 Want quick access? Mark it as a Favorite after saving.
⚠️ Important:
- Always try to use default exercises first.
- If the exercise doesn’t appear, try using alternative names before creating a new one.
✏️ Editing a Custom Exercise
- Go to Custom Exercises.
- Select the exercise you want to modify.
- Edit the details and click Save.
⚠️ Default exercises cannot be edited.
🗑️ Deleting an Exercise
- Open the exercise from your Custom Exercises list.
- Click or tap Delete.
- Confirm the deletion.
⚠️ Deleting an exercise is permanent and cannot be undone.
✅ Take Full Control of Your Training
- Customize your exercise list to fit your athletes or personal preferences.
- Save your go-to movements as Favorites for easier access.
- Keep your exercise list clean and organized for optimal session flow.
