You can access Training Settings from several places:

  • Tap the gear icon on the main screen.
  • Go to Settings > Training.
  • During a:
    • VBT workout
    • Quick-start session

  • Local Settings:

    These are saved only on the device you’re using.

  • Shared Settings:

    These are synchronized across all devices in your organization that have the shared option enabled.

  • Set a specific rest time between sets.
  • The timer turns red 5 seconds before it ends, and the app announces the athlete’s name.

🟦 Set Range

  • Keeps all reps within a defined speed range.
  • Each rep outside the range:
    • Triggers a beep.
    • Is marked gray in the app.
  • ⚠️ Cannot be used together with Velocity Loss.
