βοΈ How to Access Training Settings
You can access Training Settings from several places:
- Tap the gear icon on the main screen.
- Go to Settings > Training.
- During a:
- VBT workout
- Quick-start session
- Or from the three-dot icon (bottom right) β Scroll β Settings β Training Settings
π Local vs. Shared Settings

Local Settings:
These are saved only on the device youβre using.

Shared Settings:
These are synchronized across all devices in your organization that have the shared option enabled.

π Key Training Features & Options
Here are the main features you can enable or customize in the Training Settings:
β Audio Feedback
- Hear real-time feedback on your velocity after each rep.
π Eccentric Phase Tracking
- Displays both concentric and eccentric speeds.
- View metrics for both the lifting and lowering phases of each rep.
β±οΈ Auto-Finish Set
- Automatically ends the set when conditions are met (e.g., rep count, velocity loss).
- Ideal if you're not close to the device or often forget to tap "Finish".
π§ Rest Timer
- Set a specific rest time between sets.
- The timer turns red 5 seconds before it ends, and the app announces the athleteβs name.
π Velocity Loss %
- Tracks intra-set fatigue from the fastest to the slowest rep.
- The app beeps when your velocity loss reaches the set threshold.
- β οΈ Works only with velocity-based metrics.
π Wellness Questionnaire
- Useful for coaches.
- Prompt athletes to complete a wellness form before each training session.
π Custom Metrics
- Choose which training metrics appear first, second, third, etc.
- Personalize your dashboard to match your focus areas.
π Velocity Ranges
π© Top Velocity Range
- Focuses on the fastest rep of the set (usually the first).
- Helps you adjust your load:
- If you're too fast β Increase weight.
- If you're too slow β Decrease weight.
- Best used with Velocity Loss enabled.
π¦ Set Range
- Keeps all reps within a defined speed range.
- Each rep outside the range:
- Triggers a beep.
- Is marked gray in the app.
- β οΈ Cannot be used together with Velocity Loss.
