The Exercise Settings section helps you get the most accurate insights for both your organization and individual athletes.

🔍 Where to Find Exercise Settings

  1. Select any exercise in your list.
  2. Scroll down to the Settings section.

📱 On Mobile:

  • Tap the three-dot icon (bottom right).
  • Scroll to Exercises, select one, and scroll to Settings—just like on desktop.

🏢 1️. Organization Settings (Global)

These settings apply to all users in your organization and ensure consistency in how training data is tracked and analyzed.

🔧 Options Include:

  • ROM Filter

    Filters out ghost reps or unwanted movement data.

  • 1RM Filter

    Sets a velocity threshold to discard inaccurate or unrealistic one-rep max estimations.

  • Equations for 1RM

    Customize your 1RM estimations by:

    • Selecting a specific metric.
    • Entering a custom equation tailored to your methodology.

Need to tweak settings for specific individuals? Athlete Settings let you override the organization’s defaults for tailored data tracking.

How to Customize:

  1. Go to Athlete Settings under the exercise.
  2. Select the athlete(s) to adjust.
  3. Modify:
    • ROM Filter
    • 1RM Filter
    • 1RM Equations
