Training Settings

Settings that affect during training.

Update in All Devices

In group training scenarios with multiple stations and devices, you might prefer changes made on one iPad or mobile device to affect all simultaneously. Enabling this setting ensures that any adjustments to the parameters below will be applied universally across all iPads or mobiles linked to this account. Put simply, these settings are global account settings. Disabling this option means changes will only impact the specific iPad or mobile device where modifications are made.

Feedback

Enables/Disables the main metric you have configured to be spoken aloud by the device.

Important: Ensure your device is in sound mode or use headphones to hear it. This setting will not work if your mobile/tablet is on mute.

Fatigue

Fatigue represented by velocity loss: Enter a percentage of velocity loss, and activate/deactivate the switch. The app will then audibly and visually alert you when to stop your set once the desired velocity loss is reached.

Velocity Zones

Define a detailed target area to work. When the velocity exceeds any of the zone limits, the app will beep.

Rest

Activate/deactivate a visual and audible countdown rest timer between sets.

Countdown

*This setting only works if you have the start automation deactivated and a "Start" button appears

This counter delays the start of the series. Especially useful if you have to manipulate the encoder before starting the set, such as climbing somewhere with the encoder already engaged before doing reps in pull-ups.

Eccentric

Activates/deactivates the measurement of the eccentric part.

Automation

Enables/disables automatic start and end of the series without touching anything on the screen.

Metrics

Choose which are the primary and secondary metrics in your training.

RPE

Activates/deactivates the RPE of the session. An RPE questionnaire will appear after you save your training session. You can then view the RPE of the session in the Training History.
