👥 Managing Teams: How to Create, Edit & Delete a Team.

Organizing athletes into teams is a powerful way to streamline your training sessions in Vitruve.

⚠️ This feature is available with Basic, Elite, and Pro subscription plans.


✅ Why Use Teams?

Creating teams helps you:

✔️ Launch training sessions faster

✔️ Track and manage athlete progress efficiently

✔️ Search past sessions by team name in the History section


➕ How to Create a Team

💻 On Laptop:

  1. Go to the Management section (left sidebar).
  2. Click on “Teams.”
  3. Hit the plus (+) button.
  4. Enter a team name (e.g., Male Basketball).
  5. (Optional) Select athletes to add to the team.
  6. Click Save to create the team.

💡 Add athletes to the system beforehand for quicker team assignment!


📱 On Mobile:

  1. Tap the three-dot icon (bottom right of the main menu).
  2. Go to Management > Teams.
  3. Follow the same steps as on desktop to create your team.

✏️ How to Edit a Team

  1. Select the team you want to update.
  2. Add or remove athletes as needed.
  3. Click or tap Save to apply your changes.

🗑️ How to Delete a Team

  1. Open the team you want to remove.
  2. Click or tap Delete.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

⚠️ Deleting a team does not remove the athletes from your organization—only the team grouping is deleted.
