Shipping Countries, Delivery Times, and Customs

Software products, training, courses, and other non-physical material are not considered a shipment, and therefore, are not subject to these conditions.

Shipping Countries and estimated delivery times

We offer worldwide shipping, with the exception of Russia , Belarus & Ukraine. 

Here is the estimated delivery time for each country:


  • US | USA - UPS
    • Estimated delivery: 5-8 business days 
    • No customs charges apply
  • MX, CA | Canada and Mexico - UPS
    • Estimated delivery: 5-8 business days
    • Customs Charges: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges for importation.
  • ES, EU | Spain and European Union (UPS & Correos)
    • Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days
  • Elsewhere (UPS)
    • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs

Shipping is free for any physical orders over 150$.

Shipping origin

Our devices are shipped from both the European Union and the USA.

Customs

Vitruve does not assume responsibility for customs costs. Additionally, we do not furnish information concerning customs duties. Please refer to the laws and taxes of your country to determine the amount payable for customs.

Shipments originating from the European Union and the United States are exempt from customs duties for customers in those regions.

 
 Track my order

To track your order, please refer to the email we sent you when your order was processed. This email contains a tracking link to monitor the current status of your order. If you haven't received any notification from us, you can open a ticket in the chatbot located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
