Returns and refunds

Physical goods

For the Vitruve Encoder and any other future physical device, we offer 30 days of free return and refund. That means making the payment for the device upfront,  trying it out for 30 days, and if you find it unsuitable and if you think it is not for you, we offer a full refund. We will cover the shipping costs for returns. 

Software products

We offer a 30-day free trial for all our software products, allowing you to use them without payment during this period. Once you make the payment or purchase, we don't offer any refund. 

 

Software upgrades

If you have paid for example 1 year of the Elite subscription, and after 6 months you want to upgrade to the Professional, what we will do is charge you 1 year of Professional, but deduct the amount corresponding to the 6 months of Elite that you had left to enjoy.

 

Courses and other digital products

  • Powerlifting VBT training program/guide - We don't offer any return or free trial for this  product. Once you purchased, NO refunds will be made.
  • VBT Intermediate Course- Refunds will be considered only if you have completed less than 15% of the course. However, if you have progressed beyond the 15% mark, refunds will not be granted. It's important to note that reaching this threshold is a prerequisite for any refund request to be entertained.

Warranty

The standard warranty is 2 years and it only covers factory errors or malfunctions. The standard warranty won't cover you if you destroy the device for example by dropping a disc or a bar on the device.

However, we offer extended full coverage with some of our premium packages and free replacements no matter what happens to your device. Check out our Vitruve Teams packages.
