Recovering Unsaved Workouts

Retrieve your lost training even if you haven't saved it.

Sometimes we may forget to end a workout by pressing END -> Save Workout, and then close the app. As a result, the training session remains in “limbo.” However, this is not the end of the world, as we can easily recover it.

To do this:

1. Go to the Progress section.

2. Select the tab that says “Unfinished”. 

3. Click on the day.

4. Click "Save Day".
