Quick Start Mode is the fastest way to begin tracking your performance—no setup, no hassle. Just lift and go.

🚀 What is Quick Start Mode?

Quick Start Mode is a velocity display-only mode that lets you start training instantly without:

  • Selecting exercises
  • Assigning athletes
  • Creating a workout plan

⚠️ Data is not saved in this mode. Once you end the session, all data is lost permanently.


🔧 How to Use Quick Start Mode

1️⃣ Select Quick Start

  • From the main menu, tap “Quick Start.”

2️⃣ Connect Your Encoder

  • Tap the Bluetooth icon in the top-right corner.
  • Select your Vitruve encoder from the list.

3️⃣ Start Training

  • Begin lifting—any exercise, any movement.
  • The app will instantly display:
    • Velocity
    • Power metrics
    • Rep count (live)

🏋️ Works with squats, bench press, deadlifts, or any other lift—no exercise selection required.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • 📉 No data is saved. Ending the session means the data is gone.
  • 🔢 Maximum reps per set: 100
    • If exceeded, the encoder will automatically reboot to prevent data overload.
