🚀 What is Quick Start Mode?
Quick Start Mode is a velocity display-only mode that lets you start training instantly without:
- Selecting exercises
- Assigning athletes
- Creating a workout plan
⚠️ Data is not saved in this mode. Once you end the session, all data is lost permanently.
🔧 How to Use Quick Start Mode
1️⃣ Select Quick Start
- From the main menu, tap “Quick Start.”
2️⃣ Connect Your Encoder
- Tap the Bluetooth icon in the top-right corner.
- Select your Vitruve encoder from the list.
3️⃣ Start Training
- Begin lifting—any exercise, any movement.
- The app will instantly display:
- Velocity
- Power metrics
- Rep count (live)
🏋️ Works with squats, bench press, deadlifts, or any other lift—no exercise selection required.
⚠️ Important Notes
- 📉 No data is saved. Ending the session means the data is gone.
- 🔢 Maximum reps per set: 100
- If exceeded, the encoder will automatically reboot to prevent data overload.
