Create/Edit a Wellness Questionnaire

Customize the questions in the wellness test.

This feature is only available for ELITE and higher plans.

  1. Press the first icon starting from the left (Tests icon).
  2. Select “Wellness”.
  3. Press the 3-dot circle in the upper right corner.
  4. Press “Edit questions”. Here, you will see the current questions.
  5. Add new questions by pressing “Add question”. You will have two creation options:
    1. From templates: add the most common questions. Just select how many of them you want and press back.
    2. Custom: Press "+" at the top right of the screen and write your question and reference values. Then Select the new question and go back.
  6. Go back and "Save"
