🔄 How to Transfer Organization Ownership

The Transfer Ownership feature in Vitruve Hub allows the current organization owner to assign ownership to another active member of the same organization. This is useful when there’s a change in staff, coaching responsibilities, or account management

⚙️ What You’ll Need

Before starting:

• You must be the current Owner of the organization.
• The person you want to transfer ownership to must already be an active member of the organization (with an existing account).

🪜 Steps to Transfer Ownership

1. Open More (…) from the bottom-right corner.
2. Under Management, select Organization.
3. Tap Transfer Ownership.
4. A list of organization members will appear.
5. Select the member you want to assign as the new owner.
6. Click Continue (top-right corner).
7. Confirm the transfer when prompted.

Once confirmed, ownership will be transferred instantly, and the new owner will gain full administrative control of the organization.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Only the current Owner can initiate a transfer.
• The selected member must have an active account within the organization.
• After the transfer, your role will automatically change to Coach unless reassigned later.

💡 If you need to update organization details or add new coaches before transferring ownership, make sure to do so beforehand.
