Useful Information for Starting a Workout - Automations:
There are 2 ways of starting a training:
1. Enabling automations - When enabling automations (Settings → Automations → Automatic start set → Enable), the encoder will count reps everytime the string moves up and down.
Pros: Saving time during workouts.
Cons: Sometimes, it can count ghost reps when the encoder is moved from one position to another.
2. Disabling automations - Pressing Start / Stop when doing workouts.
Pros: No ghost or unnecessary reps when you move the encoder from one place to another.
Cons: Forgetting to press "Start" will result in a lost set.
