Building your first program in Vitruve Hub is simple once you understand how the Builder is organized.

Every program is made up of smaller elements β€” from individual exercises all the way to complete multi-phase plans.

The hierarchy works like this:

Exercises β†’ Supersets β†’ Blocks β†’ Workouts β†’ Phases β†’ Programs

Follow these steps to create your first program:


πŸͺœ Step 1: Create Your Exercises

  1. Go to Builder β†’ Templates β†’ Exercises.
  2. Review your existing exercise list.
  3. Tap the β€œ+” icon (top-right corner) to add a new exercise.
  4. Fill in the details:
    • Exercise name and description
    • Whether it’s VBT-based or not
    • Technical notes, load, reps, RPE, etc.
  5. Save your new exercise.

  5. Save it for later use.

  2. Create a new phase and name it.

  1. Open Builder β†’ Templates β†’ Programs.
  2. Click β€œ+” to start your new program.
  3. Add one or more phases.
