📈 History & Progress

The History section gives you access to past sessions, progress graphs, and detailed metrics over time.

🖥️ On Laptop (Desktop Version)

  1. Navigate to the left-hand menu and click “History.”
  2. Choose a timeframe to view:
    • Week
    • Month
    • Year
    • All-time

👤 Viewing Athlete Data

  1. Click the pencil icon in the top section.
  2. Select one or multiple athletes to display their progress.
  3. You’ll see:
    • Graphs showing progress over time
    • A list of past sessions
    • 1RM trends and other tracked metrics
  4. Click any session to open a detailed breakdown.

📲 On iPad or Smartphone

  1. Tap the “History” icon from the main menu.
  2. Follow the same steps as on desktop to filter and explore data.

⚙️ Session Options (Three-Dot Menu in Top-Right)

  • View session details
  • Track progress for specific loads or exercises
  • Edit sets (e.g., correct an incorrectly entered weight)
  • Delete sets (use cautiously—this action cannot be undone)

📤 Export Session Data

  1. Tap the download icon.
  2. Select format: Excel (.xlsx) or CSV.
  3. The report will be emailed to you automatically.
