📈 History

The History tab provides access to all recorded training sessions and performance data within your organization.

To access it:

  1. Go to History (bottom of the screen, between Training and Test)
  2. Filter by athlete, team and time period (week, month, year, or all-time).
  3. View detailed graphs, workout breakdowns, etc

You can:

  • Open individual sessions for full details (loads, sets, and metrics).
  • Edit session data if corrections are needed.
  • Delete sets or sessions (⚠️ irreversible).
  • Export data in .CSV or .XLSX format for reports.

💡 The History section is ideal for long-term monitoring and identifying trends before planning new training phases.
