- Click the “+” icon in the top-right corner.
- Fill in the athlete’s details (name, surname, gender and email if applicable).
- Save the profile.
🧩 Create and Manage Teams
Organizing athletes into teams helps structure training more efficiently.
To create a team:
- Go to Management → Teams.
- Click “+” and name your team (e.g., “U19 Basketball” or “Powerlifting Group”).
- Add existing athletes to the team.

Only Owners (and users with administrative permissions) can invite coaches.
To invite a coach:
- Go to Management → Coaches.

The coach will receive an email and can also find the invite under Settings → Invitations.

- Click “Remove from organization.”
⚠️ Removing a coach instantly revokes their access to athlete data and programs.
