👥 Create Athletes, Teams, Invite Coaches, Roles & Permissions

Manage your organization by creating athletes, forming teams, inviting coaches, and assigning roles Athlete, Coach, or Owner each with specific permissions and access levels.

🧍 Create Athletes

You can create and manage athletes directly from the Management → Athletes tab.

To create a new athlete:

  1. Click the “+” icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Fill in the athlete’s details (name, surname, gender and email if applicable).
  3. Save the profile.

🧩 Create and Manage Teams

Organizing athletes into teams helps structure training more efficiently.

To create a team:

  1. Go to Management → Teams.
  2. Click “+” and name your team (e.g., “U19 Basketball” or “Powerlifting Group”).
  3. Add existing athletes to the team.
  4. Save.

You can edit or delete teams anytime. Click on the team, scroll down and click the “Delete” button.

Deleting a team does not remove athletes from your organization — it only removes the grouping.

💡 Teams are especially useful for assigning collective programs and monitoring group progress in Labs and Teamsight.

🧑‍🏫 Invite Coaches

Coaches can be invited to your organization to help manage athletes and programs.

Only Owners (and users with administrative permissions) can invite coaches.

To invite a coach:

  1. Go to Management → Coaches.
  2. Click “Invite”, on the top right corner**.**
  3. Enter the coach’s email address and send the invitation.

The coach will receive an email and can also find the invite under Settings → Invitations.

To remove a coach:

  1. Open the Coaches list.
  2. Select the coach.
  3. Click “Remove from organization.”

⚠️ Removing a coach instantly revokes their access to athlete data and programs.
