đź“… Calendar in Vitruve Hub

The **Calendar** is the visual center of the **Builder** section in Vitruve Hub. It connects all your created programs, workouts, and phases into one organized timeline showing what’s planned, what’s active, and what’s completed.

🧭 What the Calendar Shows

The Calendar automatically reflects all your Live Programs and assigned workouts.

Each session or program phase appears on the calendar according to its start and end date.

You can:

  • View daily, weekly, or monthly schedules.
  • See which athletes are assigned to each workout.
  • Click on any session to open full details (exercises, loads, notes, etc.).
  • Track completion status directly from the view.

đź’ˇ The Calendar gives coaches and athletes a complete overview of training flow and distribution.

🧱 How It Connects to the Builder

The Calendar is automatically populated by everything you create in the Builder:

  • Exercises, Supersets, and Blocks form the structure of each Workout.
  • Workouts are grouped into Phases.
  • Phases are assigned to Programs.
  • When a Program becomes active (visible in Live Programs), its workouts appear automatically in the Calendar.

So, any modification you make in Builder — adding, editing, or deleting a workout — is instantly reflected in the Calendar view.

đź’ˇ Think of the Calendar as the final destination where your Builder creations come to life.

👥 Coach and Athlete Views

  • Coaches can toggle between different athletes or teams to view their assigned programs.
  • Athletes see only their own scheduled sessions and progress.

Each user’s calendar updates in real time as programs are added, modified, or completed.

⚙️ Tips for Using the Calendar Effectively

  • Use color codes or tags (if available) to differentiate training blocks or focus areas.
  • Click on a workout to edit or reschedule directly from the calendar.
  • Use the “Live Programs” section to track progress and open specific phases faster.

âś… Summary

The Calendar is the execution hub of the Builder —

everything you design (exercises, workouts, phases, and programs) ends up here, scheduled and ready to be followed by athletes and reviewed by coaches.
