🏋️ Log a Workout: From Scratch, From Calendar, From Templates

In Vitruve Hub, you can log your workouts in three different ways depending on your goals and setup.

1️⃣ From Scratch

If you want full control and flexibility:

  1. Go to the Training section.
  2. Click “Workout” and then “Add excercises.”
  3. Select your exercises, loads, and settings manually.
  4. (Optional) Use “VBT Workout” to connect your Vitruve encoder for velocity-based data.
  5. (Optional) Use “ Quick Tracking” to connect your Vitruve encoder for a quick workout. Note: When using this option, the recorded information will not be saved.
  6. Start your session and track your progress in real time.

2️⃣ From Calendar

If your coach or team has already scheduled your sessions:

  1. Open the Training tab.
  2. Click on Workout and then Calendar.
  3. Click on the session assigned for the day.
  4. Start and review the exercises and loads planned.

All exercises and settings will load automatically — no setup required.

Your completed data will sync to your History and Labs dashboards.

3️⃣ From Templates

Templates let you reuse previously saved training structures:

  1. Go to Training, Workout → Templates.
  2. Select your preferred template.
  3. Adjust loads, reps, or exercises if needed.

This feature saves time and ensures consistency between training sessions.
