The **Health**tab centralizes all physiological and wellness data from your athletes. It combines metrics gathered directly from the Vitruve Hub with information pulled from integrated devices such as Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Fitbit, Polar, and Withing.
Health data is divided into six key categories:
🏃♂️ Physical
Tracks your athletes’ overall activity and energy expenditure.
Includes:
- Active minutes
- Calories burned
- VO₂ Max
⚖️ Body
Shows static body composition and biometric data.
Includes:
- Weight
- BMI
- Height
- Temperature
😴 Sleep
Displays rest and recovery metrics:
- Total sleep duration
- Sleep stages
- Sleep quality and efficiency
💡 Sleep data is primarily sourced from wearable integrations (e.g., Garmin, Whoop, Oura).
💓 Heart
Provides insight into cardiovascular performance and recovery:
- Maximum heart rate
- Resting heart rate
- Oxygen saturation (SpO₂)
🧠 Mental
Monitors psychological readiness and emotional well-being:
- Stress levels
- Mood fluctuation
💡 These metrics help identify fatigue, burnout risk, or the need for training adjustments.
🍎 Nutrition
Aggregates nutritional and metabolic information:
- Blood glucose
- Calories in vs. out
- Basal metabolic rate (BMR)
